Dermazeen – Biological Rejuvenation from the Skin's Foundation
Dermazeen — Biological rejuvenation from the skin foundation
Dermazeen is a melasma treatment and biological rejuvenation treatment built on Regenerative Aesthetics, researched and developed to support skin regeneration from within by activating the skin's own natural repair ability. The technology combines new-generation bioactive ingredients with a treatment protocol personalized to each skin condition.
Unlike methods that only improve the surface, Dermazeen aims to raise the quality of the skin foundation: it helps calm the micro-inflammatory environment, stimulates Fibroblast activity, promotes endogenous Collagen Type I and Elastin production, and helps rebuild the extracellular matrix (ECM). As a result, the skin becomes firmer, more elastic, more even in tone and stays healthy over time.
Every Dermazeen melasma treatment is fully personalized.. After examining and assessing the quality of your skin foundation, the doctor selects the active-ingredient level and builds a protocol for each client. The active system may include plant stem-cell extracts, marine-derived bioactives or Collagen Type I, optimized for each treatment goal.
As a melasma treatment, Dermazeen help improve uneven skin tone, melasma, dark spots, dull skin and rough skin texture, and can be combined with technologies such as Laser, RF or Microneedling as prescribed by the doctor to enhance skin regeneration.
With a melasma treatment philosophy focused on the quality of the skin foundation, Dermazeen goes beyond surface changes to strengthen the skin structure from within, giving you firm, glowing and healthy skin over time.
FIBROBLAST ACTIVATION
Kick-starts regeneration Endogenous Collagen & Elastin production
DERMAZEEN helps stimulate fibroblast activity, promoting the natural production of Collagen and Elastin and improving skin firmness and elasticity.
COLLAGEN TYPE I BOOST
Rebuilds the skin foundation (ECM) - Increases firmness
The treatment supports Pro-Collagen Type I formation and rebuilds the extracellular matrix (ECM), strengthening the skin structure from within, improving the skin surface and helping fade scars.
EPIDERMAL RENEWAL
Perfects the surface - Restores healthy skin
DERMAZEEN helps stimulate Keratinocyte growth and epidermal renewal, leaving the skin smooth, even-toned, glowing and youthful for longer.

What Our Dermazeen Clients Say
Melasma Treatment FAQs
Dermazeen melasma treatment helps fade melasma and even out skin tone through a personalized protocol. The degree of improvement depends on the type of melasma (epidermal, dermal or mixed), its depth and your skin. The doctor examines and analyzes your skin and tells you clearly what improvement is realistic before you decide.
Melasma can reappear with heavy sun exposure, hormonal changes or improper skincare. To maintain your melasma treatment results: wear SPF 50+ every day, keep the skin well hydrated, and have maintenance sessions as advised by your doctor.
Yes. The doctor will examine your skin to identify the type and depth of melasma and why the previous treatment did not work, then build a dedicated protocol, which may include Laser if indicated. You only decide after hearing the specific plan and cost.
A basic protocol is usually 3 sessions; deep or long-standing melasma may need 5 or more. The exact number is set by the doctor after your consultation.
Special offer: Sales 35%, with a free Laser Toning session (buy 1 get 1). For more intensive active-ingredient levels, the doctor will advise after your consultation so you can choose the right option.
Clinically, melasma is divided into three main types: epidermal (patchy) melasma, dermal (deep) melasma and mixed melasma. They can be recognized and told apart as follows:
Epidermal melasma: Light-brown or blue-grey patches, usually large (2 – 4 cm) and spreading.
Dermal melasma (also called deep or spotted melasma): Small round dots, dark brown, blue-black or blue-grey, about the size of a pinhead. Under a skin lamp, dark pigment cells can be seen concentrated at the center of each spot.
Mixed melasma: A combination of epidermal and dermal melasma, showing as large lighter patches together with small spots of varying intensity.
What melasma and freckles have in common
- Neither melasma nor freckles appear only after age 25. Both are forms of hyperpigmentation with many causes: hormonal changes, age, genetics, or a sudden pigment surge after sun exposure.
- These skin conditions do not affect your health; they are only a cosmetic concern.
- Melasma and freckles spread easily to other areas and recur often if they are not clearly identified and the skin is not cared for properly.
- Both melasma and freckles appear as dark spots: black, dark brown or grey. Without proper care, dark patches form easily, so take good care of your skin, especially after extracting pimples.
How melasma and freckles differ
Melasma
- Shape and color: Melasma appears as brown, darker spots lying deep in the skin, in two main forms: spotted melasma (large dots) and patchy melasma (spread across the face).
- Location: Melasma usually sits deep in the dermis, mainly on the face, both cheeks and the forehead.
- Causes: Melasma is mainly caused by hormonal imbalance, gynecological conditions, cosmetic overuse and environmental factors.
- Who gets it: Melasma is common in women over 30, especially after childbirth, in middle age and around menopause.
Freckles
- Shape and color: Freckles are brown or reddish-brown, 1-5 mm in size, and appear singly or in clusters.
- Location: Freckles sit on the skin surface, usually on sun-exposed areas such as the face, neck, chest and arms.
- Causes: Freckles are usually due to genetics, sun exposure or certain hormone therapies.
- Who gets them: Freckles can appear at any age.
After the first session, many clients feel their skin is more hydrated, smoother and fresher. These are only the early changes, though.
Because endogenous Collagen and Elastin production takes time, the results of Dermazeen are usually more visible after about 3 sessions (around 4–6 weeks). By then the skin tends to improve in elasticity, firmness, surface texture and evenness of tone.
Actual results depend on each client's skin, skin foundation, treatment protocol and aftercare routine.
No.
Dermazeen is a biological rejuvenation treatment aimed at improving the quality of the skin foundation, without changing the natural contours of your face.
The goal is to support endogenous Collagen and Elastin production so the skin becomes firmer, smoother and healthier. People around you will simply notice fresher, more radiant skin rather than any unusual change to your face.
After treatment, some clients may have mild redness, slight swelling or a tingling sensation in the treated area. This is a common reaction and usually settles within 24–48 hours.
Most clients can go about their daily activities and work right after the session. Sensitive skin may take a little longer to recover, but still mildly, and the doctor will give specific aftercare instructions.
No.
Dermazeen works by supporting the skin's own Collagen and Elastin production, so it does not make the skin dependent on the treatment.
After the course ends, the body's natural aging process continues. So without suitable skincare or the recommended maintenance sessions, the skin will simply keep aging over time as it naturally would, not get "worse" because you stopped Dermazeen.
Yes.
For clients visiting Vietnam for a short period, the doctor will design a protocol that fits your length of stay.
Typically, you can complete about 3 sessions in 3 weeks, roughly one week apart. After you return home, Collagen and Elastin production continues through the skin's natural biological process.
On later visits to Vietnam, you only need a follow-up check and maintenance sessions as advised, if needed.
The special trial-session price is 35%
Dermazeen is built on a personalized protocol, so there is no single price for everyone.
The cost depends on factors such as:
- The degree of skin aging.
- The quality of the skin foundation.
- The active ingredients prescribed.
- The number of sessions.
- Your improvement goals.
- Any combined technologies (if applicable).
After your consultation, the doctor will recommend a suitable protocol and the corresponding cost so you can decide with ease.
Yes. In some cases Dermazeen can be combined with Laser, RF, PRP or Microneedling as prescribed by the doctor to maximize rejuvenation and skin renewal.
Dermazeen aims to improving the quality of the skin foundation, while also helping even out skin tone and improve hyperpigmentation through a personalized protocol. For melasma, the doctor assesses the cause and severity and may combine other treatments if needed for the best result.
